Analyzed the current positioning, wishes and capabilities of the customer in order to find a suitable solution
Together with the client, we decided to "reformat" the current design and structure - to make a news site, which will place content and service offerings in a designed, convenient form for potential customers.
A change in the existing business model concept required the addition of automatic news publishing functionality. The company has now moved from the niche of digests and media monitoring to a range of modern news media. This stage was extremely labor-intensive, but fully justified itself in terms of business development
Transferred a huge archive of editorial articles from 1988 and fully preserved their indexing in search engines
Increased organic traffic by an order of magnitude by taking advantage of the customer's media license - adding the site to news aggregators, including Google News and Yandex News
Changing the business model required integrating the developed site into the company's IT systems, which the client already had. There were also many revisions and subtasks for creating internal information systems.
