Solution
Developed "from scratch" online store, taking over not only the technical side, but also the issues of downloading the range from suppliers, working on product cards, prices, and a lot of other nuances, without which to run sales through the Internet of such a large number of positions is impossible.
Helped to prescribe and build the client's business processes to achieve the best result of the task
Made integration with third-party services (delivery services), as well as internal tools - setting up a CRM with all the functionality, cashless payment module on the site, autoloading products, etc.
We implemented a system of task setting using an integrated CRM. This allowed us to clearly control the implementation of business processes, KPIs, see the stage of completion of incoming orders and much more.
