The market of legal and accounting services is a huge competition: in order to attract clients here, you need serious market analysis, positioning and competent formulation of the PPM. Complex marketing work, multiplied by responsibility and a professional approach - and the challenge to increase sales was successfully solved!

Solution

We repositioned the company in a highly competitive market - an in-depth analysis was conducted, PPM and proposals were developed
Highlighted targeted services and helped with pricing by offering mechanics to attract and retain customers with a front-end product.
Developed a new modern website with a clear structure and stylish design, emphasizing the specifics of the services provided. Conducted extensive SEO work to maintain the already achieved positions. It was not easy, but we did it!
Implemented a calculator to calculate the cost, which allowed to sift out "empty" applications and increase the number of potential customers ready for cooperation
Posted service proposals on the search for performers in order to attract new clients. Designing the accounts allowed to attract the attention of a large number of potential clients.

Before

A non-optimized site with a large number of non-core services and an overloaded structure. As a consequence, the resource did not get into search results for target requests and was completely incomprehensible to visitors.

After

The new site includes 2 landing pages, conceptually united by the main page. Each of the landing pages focuses on a separate service. In order to increase organic traffic and increase visitors' confidence in the company, a "Useful Information" section was developed and a content plan was formed for the near future.

Prototype

The abandonment of secondary services allowed us to work out the logic of the target user as much as possible, eliminating the loss of leads at the stage of acquaintance with the company. A specially created blog with useful materials for potential clients allowed to generate a large amount of organic traffic.

Screens

Simplicity and ease - the development of the site's structure was entirely subject to this concept. We tried to get away from the typical cliched idea of management company services in housing and communal services as something complicated, long and inconvenient.
User interaction with the site is comfortable and convenient on all types of devices - we adapted it for correct display on all gadgets.
Company employees were not left without attention - now managers can easily, simply and quickly place all the necessary documents on the site in auto mode.

Marketing

We developed a service sales funnel, leading the client from an almost free front-end service to monetization on the main service. The 2-stage sale worked - those who registered the company, as a rule, remained on the service in the future: the complex service is convenient, especially if the team showed itself at a professional level at the first contact.
Market analysis pointed to the main risk factor - serious competition in the sector on the part of banks. We decided to contrast the automated "conveyor" with its inattention to clients with a "live" team of accountants who are always available and ready to personally talk to each client, answering his questions and giving the first free consultation
Analysis of the market and competitors allowed to achieve solutions to the problems with maximum efficiency
We used additional channels to attract customers - social networks and directories to find performers.
